Day 1 19 August 2024 Monday I reached the school by 9 10 am.  The day started with the prayer song hy school choir.  It was a fresh new day of the week and mine was first period in 8C.  I was ready with my lesson templates and I completed the 14th lesson template.  The entry activity given was to guess what will be the little round red house.  Students gave varied answers. The group activity given was to write the character sketch of Mr. Fetzer.  The students were also given to write a homework to write a short note about the persons and their character the boy met while in search of the Little Round Red House.  We had lunch duty at noon.  We left school at 3 45 pm. Day 1 12 August 2024 Monday   After two days weekend leave we went back to school.  I reached school by 9 10 am.  The school was preparing for the School Kalotsavam 2024.  Mine was the first period in std 8 C.  The students were very active and curious to talk to me to share how they spend their holidays.  The was ready with my lesson templates and teaching aids.I asked students to list out the importance of Travelling in one's life. The discourse given was to write the diary entry of the boy.  I also get 2 substitution period in 8C so that I was able to complete two more lesson templates.  It was during the 3rd and 5th period.  In the 3rd period , inorder to create a readiness I asked them to draw a little round red house with a star inside.  The activity given was to prepare a newspaper advertisement on newspaper regarding the search of little round house by the boy.  In the 5th period I took the eleventh template.  I asked t...

Day 1 5 August 2025 Monday  Today was the third day of my teaching practice. I reached the school at 9:20 a.m.. I was allotted the first period in 8th c where I completed one lesson Template..  It was the second chapter of second Unit. Inorder to create a mental readiness among students, I showed the pictures of different means of transport to the students. After taking the class I divided the class into groups and ask them to prepare an advertisement on a Rail tour package.  We had lunch at 12:30 . We completed our works during the free period we got. We returned home at 3:30 p.m.  Day 2 6 August 2024 Tuesday  I  reached the school at 9:20 a.m. today we had assembly since it was Hiroshima and Nagasaki day. The entire Assembly was based on peace and children presented various programs relating to the day. Day 1 1 August 2024 Thursday  Today was the first day of our teacher training.I reached the college at sharp 9:00 AM. I was assigned the fourth period in the class 8 C . As it was my first class I did an introduction session. I created a good rapport with the students and introduced them to the unit and chapter I will be teaching in the next class.  Day 2 2 August 2024 Friday Today Govt. VHSS Pirappancode celebrated its sports day . We reached the school at 8:45 AM and started helping with the preparations. The celebrations began with a march past conducted by NCC cadets and the four houses of the institution. The torch relay was done by the students who excelled in various events . The inauguration was done by the panchayat president. The events conducted includes relay race , running race , short put throw, kiddies for sub junior , junior and senior levels. The celebrations came to an end with the prize distribution.
