 A cognitive map are mental representation that allows individuals to understand, organize and navigate the world around them.     The concept map I prepared was for plus one and plus two based on the unit Beyond the Horizon and The Lighter Side respectively.

Day 1 20 January 2025 Monday  I reached school by  920am.  I had taken The use of punctuation mark using Direct Instruction model. I also had 5th period in8 C and  I took 26th lesson template which is the ICT template.  Entry activity given was to show the piucture  of Venice and ask them to describe what they see and imagine what life would be like.  Group Activity given was to write the profile of the author William Shakespeare. I also had 7th period in 8 C and I took the 27th lesson template. Innovative Lesson Plan S4

 I prepared an Innovative Lesson plan which is slightly different from the normal usual Constructivist Lesson plan that we practice in our daily life. The lesson plan was made for the chapter The Nightingale and the Rose written by Oscar Wilde.  The lesson plan was designed to engage students deeply with the story's theme, symbolism and characters.  It begins with the warm up activity using a mystery box and the class proceeds by engaging students in different activities.  The class concludes with the assessment based on participation, creativity and reflections ensuring a holistic learning experiences.

Yoga Class at school

 As a part of our teaching practice we conducted a Yoga class to the students of standard 8. The Asana which I selected was Vrikshasana or the Tree Pose.  Students were assembled in the school auditorium.  The asana were shown to them step by step and students repeated that.  It was a good experience for us.
