Day 1

07 October 2024

Monday

I reached the school by 9 15 am.  It was a quite sunny day.  Mine was the last hour in 8C.  Today I conducted the Diagnostic Test from the first chapter of the Unit Seeds and Deeds.  I left the school by 4 15 pm.

Day 2

08 October 2024

Tuesday

I reached the school by 9 20am.  There was assembly during the first period .  Mine was the first period in 8C.  Day started with the prayer song by the school choir.  I was prepared to teach the new chapter Rosa Parks Sat Still by Rosa Parks.  Inorder to create a mental readiness I showed them the pictures of famous freedom fighters and ask them to identify those personalities.  Group activity given was to write the profile  of the author Rosa Parks.  I had substitution duties the whole day and left the school by 350 pm.

Day 3

09  October 2024

Wednesday

I reached the school by 9 20 am.  The day started with the prayer song by the school choir.  Mine was the first hour in 8C.  Entry activity given was to summarize the introductory portion of the chapter they were dealing with.  Group activity given was to write the diary entry of Rosa Parks.  We had our luch after the Meals duty and left the school by 3 45pm.

Day 4

10  October 2024

Thursday

I reached the school by 9 .00 am.  It was our Second Observation day.  The day started with a prayer song by the school choir.  Mine was the third period in 8C.  I was ready with my lesson templates and teaching aids.  Inorder to create a mental readiness among students I showed the pictures of some rules inside the bus and ask them to share their views on breaking the rules of public transports.  Group activity given was to write the character sketch of Rosa Parks.  The students responded well and I had good time management while taking the classes.  There was substitution duties for the day and I left the school by 3 45 pm.
