Day 1
30 September 2024
Monday
I reached the school by 9 10 am. The day was sunny and it started with a prayer song by the school choir.
Mine was 1st hour in 8C.. After the assembly classes were taken. Entry activity given was to do a role play according to the chapter. Group activity given was to write an e-mail entry prepared by the boy in the chapter to his friend about the unexpected death of his sister. We had our lunch at 12 55 pm and after the daily duties classes wind up ed at 3 45pm.
Day 2
01 October 2024
Tuesday
I reached the school by 9 15 am. The day started with the prayer song. I had first hour in 8C. Entry activity given was I asked the students whether they have gained anything in their life by their own hard work and dedication. Group activity given was to write a slogan for making the world better place to live in. Sice the next day was Gandhi Jayanthi the last hour was conducted for Cleaning the school premises. We left the school by 4.00pm.

Thursday
I reached the school by 9 15 am. The day started with the prayer song by the school choir. Mine was third period in 8C. In order to create a mental readiness among students I showed the students some art pieces that are famous for being dedicated to someone as a memoir. Group activity given was to write a conversation between them and the boy congratulating the boy for the picture he has drawn. I was allotted the fifth period in 8 C. I took the next lesson template also. For Entry activity I showed them the pictures of scenic landscapes and asks them to share their views. Group activity given was to write the diary entry of the boy after his painting exhibition. After the daily duties the I left the school by 3. 45 pm.
Day 5
04 October 2024
I reached the school by 9.10 am. It was the last portion of chapter Light on the Hills. Mine was the first period in 8 C. Inorder to create a mental readiness I asked them to share what they understand from the story they were studying. Group activity given was to write a composition describing the moral lesson the author is trying to teach through the story.
